Onsite Plans (Designing)
When designing these new communities, everything from Plot size, Modular Home Placements, Gardens, Palm Placements, is planned down to the very last detail (nothing is left to chance).
Every community we construct will have Community Gardens; these are places where the General Public can go and volunteer their time to grow edible foods, which they can take home (daily) to help feed their families.

These are Pilot projects we are developing with Local Governments to assist families while the newly developed local community's employment opportunities evolve and mature.
New School Designs
With every newly developed community will come the need for New Schools. We are working with local Governments to implement Modular Schools, these are a real alternative (fast and affordable to construct).
NEW: Test Pilot Project
In this following video we show how a Bar or Coffee Shop can be set up, this can be customised to suit any business. The main focus is to demonstrate how we can create employment and stimulate the local community.
